Tester Feedback
To further test the skin health project regimen that I had been developing for almost 2 years now, the 100 testers, who purchased their test samples for $99, have been giving me ongoing feedback and completed several surveys. Some of their comments and answers to survey questions are listed below.
• "I've been using this face serum regiment and I'm absolutely loving it! My skin, which is typically dry, feels incredibly hydrated and looks much healthier. It has a beautiful glow and feels so soft. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a boost of moisture."
• "I have not completed 30:days…only half way and results dramatic. Try to use twice a day (which I think is ideal), but often only manage once because I fall asleep before I get to the before bed application! I really do believe this is a revolutionary break thru..not a cosmetic, but a true skin therapy."
• "I love these serums! Thank you for sharing your secret Mark! I definitely see a reduction in fine lines and overall appearance of skin. I have less than a week left - please subscribe me!"
• "I love the product and it has been a loyal companion for the past 2 months. I have tried these types of products in the past and they have all caused an allergic reaction. I love this and look forward to staying with the product beyond testing. "
• "This has really been fun to do Mark!"
• "I wanted to let you know that I have noticed an improvement in the skin on my face. Softer, smoother. Hey, I’m old man with old skin that’s been subjected to decades of shaving with both electric and blade razors. After using the serums for several weeks my skin is definitely looking and feeling better. I’d like to get a refill! Thanks!"
• "I started with once a day, then went to twice a day. I like using them in the morning and evening."
• "I rub the excess product on my hands after each application of the 3 step process"
• "mostly just feels good - my skin feels hydrated but not oily, and perhaps less fine lines?"
• "firmer skin and brighter"
• "The existing brown (age) spots are not gone but they are better than they used to be."
• "very rejuvenating!"
• "I will keep using the products, and I need another set"
• "It's fast and easy and my skin feels good."
• "I love how clean they are and scent free!"
• "I still like to apply a moisturizer, I'm currently using (____) but I would consider using one that goes with the set."
• "Love the packaging and the numbering helps"
• "I LOVE this."
• "I typically do not keep my skin care products on my bathroom shelf as it feel it clutters the space. However, with the presentation of the product, it compliments my bathroom."
• "I hate plastic waste and minimal use of plastic is important to me."
When asked "Do you enjoy using the serums?
• 99% of the initial 100 testers responded that they did enjoy
Some made comments like:
• "It's fast and easy and my skin feels good."
When asked "If you have noticed a difference in your skin, what did you notice?" the initial tester responses in order of ranking were: (#3 had 3 of the same ranking)
#1 - feels smoother
#2 - improved texture
#3 - more elasticity
- fuller - less thin and fragile
- improved brightness that people notice
#4 - smoothing fine lines and wrinkles
#5 - reduced spots and blemishes
#6 - reduced inflammation
#7 - faster healing
When asked "Did you notice any skin irritation when using the serums?"
• 70% of the testers said "no"
•. 18% of the testers replied "other" and gave comments like below:
• "Only with glycolic acid, and only in the beginning."
• "Slight irritation (burning) from the glycolic at first, but not after continued use"
• "Most of the time I did not notice an irritation. A few times, after applying the exfoliator it twinged a bit; but no visible irritation."
(Note from Mark: Irritation is an important question for me. I want the products to be potent enough to actually make a positive impact on the skin - and I want them to be enjoyable to use. The first serum, Release, is a specialized glycolic acid formulation. It is an effective exfoliant which penetrates the skin to break the bonds holding dead cells and pulls them out. This also pulls toxins from the skin and this can cause some irritation initially - a mild tingling or slight burning sensation. I feel this after I shave my face or my head and apply it. For most people, the skin adjusts quickly to this. Using less of the first step, Release, or using it every other day in the beginning can help if you experience sensitivity. The next 2 steps, Receive and Restore, hydrate and nourish and should be used immediately following step 1 to calm the exfoliation process. All 3 should be applied one after the other in about a minute)
This was a positive message from someone with an existing irritated condition:
• "Appears to be more effective than Clotrimazole and Betamethasone at controlling and/or eliminating infection." (Note from Mark: This is one person's experience and I'm not making any claims - I don't even know what those things are!)
When asked "Have you noticed any difference in your skin since using the serums?"
• 75% replied "yes"
• 21% said they "can't really tell yet"
• 1 tester replied "no"
When asked "How long does it take you to apply all 3 serums?"
• 80% of the initial 100 testers said "about a minute or less"
When asked "How long do these serums last?"
• 30% of the initial testers said they lasted for 30 days
• 33% of the initial testers said they lasted for 30 - 60 days
• 33% of the initial testers said they lasted for 60 - 90 days
(Note from Mark: A small amount of the serums goes a long way - it can be used anywhere on your body, so depending on your personal preferences, the "lasting" time may vary)
When asked "Would you recommend these serums to friends?"
• 86% replied "yes, happily"
• None of the initial 100 testers surveyed answered "I don't think so"
• The rest said they "needed more time testing"

Testing Phase 2 is on!
Refills and test kits for new testers are now available to order. Yay! Thank you all so much for your patience.
Thank you to my initial 100 testers! Your feedback so far has been inspiring and much of it is listed in the section below. I am continuing this test phase because your feedback has been so valuable to the continuation of this healthy skin project.
We still have limited quantities, but I'm hoping to add 200 more testers. I appreciate any recommendations. I am holding extra serums for testers so we won't have a delay if you want to reorder.
My Story: I think I've made a small innovation in skin care. I'd love your opinion, feedback, inspiration - and participation as a tester if you're interested.
With the help of an advanced bio-tech laboratory, I've been testing a system of 3 skin repair serums on my face, neck, and head for two years. The lab has also conducted clinical tests with great results.
I'd rather be out living my life to the fullest than standing in front of a mirror applying lotions. This simple-to-use system only takes a minute to apply and really works to reset aging and environmentally damaged skin like mine. It will make anyone's skin healthier and more elastic.
I wanted to get more diverse results before possibly making this publicly available so I've had my lab make 100 sample sets. I asked 100 friends to be part of this healthy skin project by investing $99 in the 3 serums - and then testing and giving me their honest feedback and advice for this.
This system has improved my skin's elasticity, texture and minimized spots, lines and blemishes. I don't need to look young and perfect, but I do want my skin to be as healthy, vital and 'alivened' as it can be now. You probably feel the same.
It’s not magic, but the three serums each have high percentages of single-function ingredient and are formulated to work together. All 3 can be applied in a minute or less, to create a effective foundation for healthier skin.
During the past 5+ years I've met with dermatologists, chemists and estheticians, tested hundreds of products, and I've been working with one of the world's best biotech skin care laboratories to develop this system. The 3 serums are designed to work together, applied one immediately after the other. They really work for me and I believe they will work for you too.
passion, science, results
I've had a long history of testing natural body care products, supplements and ingredients through some of our amazing clients at Alternatives, so I knew who to ask for help. As most of you know, I'm a bit of a mad scientist and I’m genuinely interested in the discovery process.
Healthy and natural products have always been part of my life. In the early 1960's my Mom became obsessed with "health food" and "natural products." She made natural face creams that we tested and she gave my sister and me ashtrays full of supplements to test for breakfast. (She got my Dad to quit smoking and we had a lot of really cool unused ashtrays!)
This is a system of 3 highly absorbent serums with penetrating low molecular weight ingredients formulated to work together and applied one after the other in about a minute. They provide everything needed to vitalize skin and make it healthier and more receptive for any other serums, moisturizers, creams, oils, makeup, and fragrances people already use. I do recommend sunscreen.
If you'd like to help me by being one of my testers, I look forward to hearing your feedback during the test period. I will be asking your input along the way and I want you to actively participate in the process of making these products easy and effective so we can all stick to the routine and feel younger, longer, faster.
I hope you will help me reach this testing goal and consider investing $99 total for the 3 serums, including taxes and shipping - about a 60 day supply. These are premium, professional spa and dermatologist quality serums using the highest quality ingredients available.
Thanks for reading, and if you're interested, I look forward to your participation as a tester/investor and your help in deciding the next steps for my work on this healthy skin project!
(If you're not interested, I really appreciate your time reading this! I still love you, and I'd love to hear any comments or thoughts about this project, skin care, or anything else from you.)
